Before you write
A purchase didn’t unlock
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases first; it re-syncs your entitlements in a few seconds. If a charge looks wrong, reportaproblem.apple.com handles Apple refunds directly. Still stuck? Pick “Purchases & billing” above and include your App Store order ID.
A scan asked for a retake
Retakes are never charged — a failed quality check doesn’t spend your free scan or a credit. The retake card names the exact fix: usually more even light, arms slightly away from the waist, or the whole body in frame from two metres.
You want your data deleted
FrameMaxx never stores photos on its servers, so there's nothing photo-shaped to remove there. In the app, Settings → Delete local data clears your result instantly. To delete anonymous server records (credits and purchase links), use the Delete Your Data page or read the Privacy Policy.
