Start with one front photo. Your V-taper, scored. What to train next.
Start with a front photo, then add optional right, back and left views for more context. Guided capture or photo import gives you an estimated Frame Score, your shoulder-to-waist circumference ratio, and a muscle-by-muscle diagnosis to help choose your training priorities.
Measured across the deltoids · waist at the narrowest point
The score is free. The per-muscle diagnosis — seven muscle groups, your top three priorities, and a written page for each — is Pro.

The camera does the work — you stand still. Voice cues and a five-second countdown walk you through each pose from two metres away, hands-free.
Prop your phone upright at chest height, step back about two metres until head-to-toe fits, shirt off, fitted shorts, even light. Stand relaxed — no flexing.
Front is required; right, back and left are optional. Guided capture gives spoken cues and a countdown, with level guidance for consistency. You can also import photos. Failed quality checks ask for a retake and never charge you.
Computer vision produces a provisional ratio from your supplied views. AI assesses the photos and can correct that ratio. A supported AI estimate is preferred, and the server applies a fixed curve to the selected ratio for your 0–100 Frame Score. AI estimates can vary for the same photos.
A diagnosis of seven muscle groups ranks your top three to train, each with a written page of what to do. Subscribers get the 8-Week Frame Protocol built around their priorities — and rescans with a ghost overlay to see what moved.
A pose-landmark model maps your silhouette, then deterministic geometry produces provisional shoulder and waist measurements from the supplied views. Missing side views use provisional depth estimates. The original algorithm result remains as context.
AI assesses visible muscle development and the shoulder-to-waist circumference ratio. A supported AI ratio is preferred for the displayed ratio and the server's fixed score curve. AI does not replace the raw geometry or its confidence. The selected ratio and score can vary for the same photos; accuracy and repeatability still require validation.
Every scan passes quality gates before it’s charged. Photos that fail get a specific fix — more light, arms away from the waist, stand straighter — and a free retake.
A body scan is sensitive. FrameMaxx was designed to minimize retained photo data: photos are measured in memory and discarded when the request ends — FrameMaxx itself keeps no copy, and nothing is written to our disk, logs, analytics, or crash reports. For AI diagnosis and ratio assessment, photos go to the provider disclosed before upload and are covered by the Google-processing disclosure in our Privacy Policy.
Photos exist only in the scan request’s memory. Nothing photo-shaped is ever persisted, logged, or sent to analytics by FrameMaxx. Operational logs carry a scan ID, timings and scores — nothing else.
No accounts, no email. An anonymous device ID in your Keychain keeps your purchases and credits working across reinstalls.
Your device keeps only the latest result and a silhouette outline for the ghost overlay — not the photos. Delete local data anytime in Settings, instantly.
Product events (scan started, result delivered, paywall shown) are tied to the anonymous ID only. Photos never reach any analytics or crash tool, and your birth year is never stored or sent.
A hard age gate with no forward path for underage users, plus a server-side backstop: scans flagged as under-18 are rejected with nothing kept and nothing charged.
Photos render in monochrome, framed like an instrument reading — not a judgment. No attractiveness ratings, no shaming, no medical or body-fat claims. Ever.
The fine print on third parties, retention, and deletion: read the Privacy Policy.
Your first scan is free — the Frame Score and ratio, with your priorities previewed. Pro unlocks the full diagnosis, the 8-Week Frame Protocol, and one included scan every rolling seven days; subscribers can add extra scans with credit purchases.

The full instrument, week to week. Cancel anytime.
A full year of Pro — about $0.67 a week.
Used your included scan? Single Scan ($1.99) and the 5-Scan Pack ($7.99) are available as one-time purchases for active subscribers. Buying and using new extra-scan credits requires an active subscription. Localized prices appear in the App Store; a successful extra scan uses one credit and leaves your next included scan date unchanged. A credit unlocks one extra scan’s full diagnosis and weak-point pages. Credits never unlock the protocol; that stays subscriber-only.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (entitlements managed via RevenueCat). Prices are set in your local currency by the store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
