FrameMaxx Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FrameMaxx (“the App”), provided by Hephaestus Soft LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use FrameMaxx. The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and its onboarding includes a hard age gate with no forward path for underage users. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The App is rated at the highest age tier available on the App Store.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases

FrameMaxx offers purchases through Apple’s App Store In-App Purchases (entitlements managed on our behalf by RevenueCat):

• Pro Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription billed at $6.99 per week. It unlocks the full per-muscle diagnosis, weak-point pages, the 8-Week Frame Protocol, and rescans with the ghost overlay. It includes one successful scan every rolling seven days.
• Pro Annual: an auto-renewing subscription billed at $34.99 per year with the same Pro access, including one successful scan every rolling seven days.
• Scan credits: one-time Single Scan ($1.99) and 5-Scan Pack ($7.99) purchases; localized prices are shown in the App Store at purchase. A credit unlocks the full diagnosis and weak-point content of one completed scan. Credits do not unlock the Frame Protocol, which remains subscriber-only. Buying credits and starting a new extra scan require an active subscription, and a successful extra scan does not change your next included scan date.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; “Restore purchases” is available in the App’s Settings. Failed scans, retakes and rejected photos never use your allowance or a credit. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; purchases processed by Apple are subject to Apple’s terms.

5. The Score & Your Data

FrameMaxx first produces a provisional computer-vision estimate. A supported AI ratio is preferred for your displayed shoulder-to-waist ratio; the server applies a fixed score curve to that selected ratio to calculate Frame Score. The original algorithm estimate is preserved as context. AI estimates, and therefore the resulting score, can vary for the same photos. Calibration is ongoing; these are photo-based estimates, not validated tape measurements, and we do not guarantee accuracy for an individual scan. FrameMaxx's servers hold your photos only in memory for each request and never store them. For the AI diagnosis and ratio assessment, downscaled copies of your photos and provisional measurement numbers currently go to Google's Gemini through Vertex AI. Your anonymous ID, height and Frame Score are not sent to Google. You must give permission before any upload, and declining sends nothing. Before using a different AI provider, we will disclose its details and ask for permission again. Google does not use this content to train its models. We have disabled Google's project-level input caching. Google may separately log and retain content for abuse monitoring under its terms; disabling caching does not establish zero retention. We have not confirmed an abuse-monitoring exemption. This is separate from FrameMaxx's own memory-only handling, under which FrameMaxx keeps no photo copy. Only your latest result and a silhouette outline persist on your device, and you can delete local data at any time in Settings. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed disclosures.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to scan only your own body, keep the App’s content for personal use, and not to submit nude imagery — scans flagged as under-18 or containing nudity are rejected with nothing kept and nothing charged. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the App, attempt to bypass purchase entitlements or rate limits, or use the App in violation of any applicable laws. FrameMaxx, its original design, copy, branding, and proprietary software are owned by Hephaestus Soft LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hephaestus Soft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any decisions or actions taken in reliance on the Frame Score, diagnosis, or training content.
