Haven is a calm companion for life after a breakup — a personalized 90-day plan, SOS grounding when cravings spike, an AI journal that listens without judging, and milestones that mark the ground you regain.
Private by design · Local-first · No ads, ever
The Haven dashboard — every element tuned for calm.
Each tool does one emotional job, well. High negative space, gentle motion, and no dark patterns — the interface itself is part of the recovery.
A 90-second lifeline for acute moments: a breathing visualizer that follows the 4-7-8 rhythm, a quarantine checklist, and prefilled SMS to your anchor contacts. The server never sees their numbers.
Vent freely, then reflect. The companion responds with CBT-informed prompts, never judgment. Your journals stay on your device; AI requests pass through an in-memory proxy that never stores them, and they are never used for training.
Your next right step, always in view. Journey keeps today's anchor and your real progress visible, with milestones that mark meaningful ground — all the way to graduation at day 90.
Write the unsent letter from day one, keep voice memos, then let go with a Burn Ceremony — dissolving them into terracotta particles. Cathartic by design, irreversible on purpose.
A neutral app name and icon, content-free notifications, a blurred app-switcher snapshot, and an optional biometric app lock (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint/face unlock). Between 10 PM and 3:30 AM, Haven also takes on a quieter look for late hours.
After 365 days of inactivity, everything purges automatically — a hard delete at every layer. Or export an on-device archive (journals, graduation certificate) and erase everything on your terms. Your past stays yours.
Onboarding is single-column and unhurried — five quiet questions before Haven generates a plan shaped around where you actually are.
Tell Haven when things ended and where today finds you — no forms, just a conversation.
Name the pattern — anxious, avoidant, entangled — so the plan can untangle it.
A gentle read on your starting point, revisited as you heal.
Closure, clarity, or calm — you choose the destination; Haven charts the route.
Generated in seconds: daily anchors, weekly milestones, and a graduation certificate waiting at day 90.
Your first three days are free, with no card needed. The SOS Vault and crisis resources are free forever and never sit behind a paywall. A Sanctuary subscription keeps the full practice open after that.
Three days to settle in, and the tools for hard moments, always.
The complete sanctuary, month to month. Cancel anytime.
Three months of the full sanctuary per term — and a certificate at the finish line.
Billing is handled securely through the App Store and Google Play (via RevenueCat). Prices are set in your local currency by the stores.
Haven launches soon on iOS & Android. Join the waitlist to be among the first through the door — five quiet questions, and a plan that meets you exactly where you are.

Write to us at jack@hephaestussoft.com. A person reads every message and replies within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern).
Manage or cancel Monthly Sanctuary or the 90-Day Sprint in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases on the Haven paywall if a plan you bought isn’t showing. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
To erase everything, open Settings in Haven, then Privacy Shield → Immediate Purge. If your subscription has lapsed and the app is locked, the unlock screen keeps an “Erase everything now” button — deleting your data never requires a purchase. See Delete Account, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
This inbox isn’t watched around the clock. In the US, call or text 988. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency services, or open the SOS tab in Haven for crisis lines in your country. They’re always free.
